Exclusively Appointment System and Stripe Payment Processing Terms of Use

When you book an appointment through an Exclusively link or booking widget with a service provider that uses Exclusively for scheduling, the service provider will establish the terms and conditions for the appointments you are scheduling with them. Throughout the scheduling process, you will have the option to accept these terms by scheduling your appointment through the Exclusively link or booking widget, or you can choose not to accept them and refrain from scheduling. If you encounter a credit card form during the scheduling process, it means that providing your credit card information is necessary to secure your appointment with the service provider. By entering your credit card details and proceeding with the scheduling, you are giving your consent for Exclusively to send the credit card information to Stripe. This is required for processing your credit card information for current and future services, as well as for potentially missed appointments or late arrival to appointments. When you schedule your appointment, a profile will be created for you within Stripe, and your credit card will be stored in your profile in Stripe. If you wish to have your credit card information removed from Stripe, you must contact the service provider directly and request its removal. Exclusively is not responsible for any issues or liabilities related to your credit card information.

Booking Fee

Exclusively will charge a $1.00 booking fee for standard appointments or a $1.99 booking fee for VIP appointments. This is a non-refundable fee charged to the customer scheduling the appointment. This is a technology fee associated with technology required to operate the booking widget. This fee helps us operate the Exclusively platform.

Booking fees apply to appointments created through an Exclusively booking link or widget before January 23, 2024.
